Mysterious blue edges

Did a cream poly carpet today and noticed a blue tinge on the edges, on cleaning this wicked up but flushed
out with stain remover. never had this before, wondered if the fitter had drawn the cutting edges with
french chalk underneath.
  ???
Any idea's

Maybe it the transfer from the gripper rods ???

Don't think it was gripper as it was happening on the door bars. Used P/B and F/F rinse.
Run out of Daz on this day  ;D
