Hi All

Please do not do any business whatsoever with this company if you value both your hard earned money, your phone bill and your sanity!!!

They are a bournemouth, poole, Dorset based web design company who offer packages from £500 +.

Everything was ok until they contacted me just before Xmas for some SEO marketing at £280 p/m. I said NO not at this time call again after Xmas. When i got home less than an hour later I had an email as if it had gone ahead, i emailed back immediately saying i did not want to proceed but they had already taken the money.

I asked for this back straight away, I am now 2 months later, over 30 phone calls to them, loads of calls to my bank to see if their numerous promises to refund are genuine, I have been promised an email 3 times to prove that the amount has been refunded and even that simple task has yet to be fulfilled.

I have now told them it gets paid or I instigate the Late paymnent Act 1998

They took my money in less than an hour but cannot return it the same way.

Avoid them like the plague if you value your sanity, you have been warned.

they built his website then approached him for seo work. so they allready had his details for payment.

Yeah they had my details from the web build but I did not authorize any payment for marketing.

apparently it finally got released, my bank are trying to find it as it may of gone on an old card?

If they would of refunded immediately then can see that as an over sight but not two months and over 30 calls.

Will not touch them again
