That's not very much m8.
I pay 200 % of first clean but if I was to take one or 2 working for me I would pay them about 8 to 10 for every clean I get at they price correctly.minimum price 8 quid.more for bigger.
I
im thinking of getting a canvasser out there for one off upvc cleans, he would prob get 20% of the clean.

thats not of a window clean....it will be on a upvc one off clean......£95 upwards!

Where comes the line where its YOUR work and them just doing it themselves?

I know youd set it all out, but how did you do it.

How do you mean Sensai? Their going to go into window cleaning? Its your job once the canvasser passes the work over? Contracts are signed and its your work.

Lol mate, not too hard, you get a contract running up with your canvasser, come to an agreement - you know what days he/she does, give them a couple of days when you are free to do the work, let them book your quotes and appointments and you just turn up.   I think by the guy that was saying earlier hes getting on quite well with his guy.  Just terms and conditions that you both feel happy and comfortable with.

Just think its a question of working along side somebody that you feel comfortable with - you musnt look as a canvasser as a workhorse, he/she is part of your business, so you need to build a working relationship with them, and that then builds trust and commitment.

When I do commercial calling, I want to know what the outcome is - I need to be in touch mentally for the people I work for, myself I need to build a personal relationship with anybody I work for, otherwise I feel no point.

Hope that helps

I pay my lad the monthly value of what he gets. I also get the leafleting done for free that way on houses that aren't in.

Yeah thats a very good idea TLC. Is he a good canvasser for yourself?
