Window Cleaning Resources - Round for sale
« on: February 22, 2011, 04:57:36 pm »
Hi All,

Just saw this on the window cleaning resources website (rounds for sale):

---
Posted on 09/02/11
Region: Midlands
Location: All over the midlands
Type: Domestic and commercial
Monthly Avg Value : £90,000
Established For: 10 years
Comments: This round is all set up with 22 lads who sub contract to the business. Has 2 vans both with R&W systems in them, the work itself is all over the midlands. The business total does not include the extra jobs that come in via word of mouth Cons roof, Gutter jobs Etc. The business brings in a £3,000.00 increase every year in new work, it needs someone who is willing to put the hours in for a very good return. No timewasters please am really wanting to sell.
Asking Price : £850,000
---

Do you think anyone would ever pay that much for a window cleaning business?

Andy

that was put up a while ago, but £850 000 isn't that bad for a business turning £90, 000,a month, its not as though your gonna be doing any window washing , it would be purely a management role

Doesnt seem to bad to me, but would like to know how many men and vans it takes to keep it running

exactly

5-10% wouldnt be too bad ! :) anymore would be brilliant!!!

But depends how you finance the purchase as that would be expensive to pay back, and so you would want a decent profit % in order to pay back a loan , or give equity away to an investor

If 2 guys put in 475 k each and there was profit of 20 % then theyre on 100 k eack a year
Not bad return really
