You boys that cycle, do you like my new toy? For the 10 mile league this year, just need to get down to a time to justify it, need to loose some weight though!
Best get in the garage on the turbo trainer for a while later.

Just getting back into after a good few years lay off while riding motocross.

Got the pedals on my training bike at the moment, still need the the seat stem and head stem cutting to size - thats right everyone, over 3k of push bike and you have to supply pedals and cut bits to size!

No

30 miles yesterday morning. Might do the Bath 100 miler Black Rat ride or something? In april.

Used to do a couple of hundred miles a week before I started this job  ;D

Wait 'till the clocks change, might get out more (or work later).

I went out yesterday morning - it appears I have a bit of a cold, lungs were burning within 3 miles and legs started to give up after 5, feel a bit fresher now, so going for an hour on the turbo as I need to loose 2 stone before the beginning of April when the 10 mile league begins.

Hi scud , done any decent times at 10 TT

This will be my first season of TT for 18 years, I have been riding motorbikes instead for the last 18 years, they have a different sort of fitness requirement!!

I have now got my time down below 28 minutes, but am hoping to get down below 24, maybe even into the 23's on a good day, lots more work needed to get there, am over weight at the moment, but should get there if I can shift this bloody cold so I can get out training.

My step daughters partner regularly hits the low 22's and sometimes breaks into 21's, but he is alot younger than me and has ridden constantly for the past 7 years.
