dont worry about the other firm cleaning Frank as they are getting the boot as Ive already seen to that as they are absolutely useless.

that manager said whenever he pulls them up on poorly cleaned windows he says they all pretend they cant speak English and that a manager of another store even caught 2 of them in the storeroom muching about..

he said they are tied into a contract with them and there is another 15 months to go,  but I have already put the wheels in motion.

dont you just love it when your mates wife works for the immergration services  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

You boys that cycle, do you like my new toy? For the 10 mile league this year, just need to get down to a time to justify it, need to loose some weight though!
Best get in the garage on the turbo trainer for a while later.

Hi,

Off topic but relating to the bike photo.

I have a mountain bike that I take out for a spin now & again. My saddle is 2 or 3 inches out of the frame but well below the height of the handle bars. I find it a comfortable ride. When the peddle is down I find my leg nearly straight.  The bike in the photo has the saddle well out of the frame resulting in it being  over the handle bars by a foot. I put this down to the frame size being to small?

Not bad - it took you a while to catch on, a lot more interesting than your usual drivel ;D
Well done, keep snapping!
