bought one for one of my guys but when i ring him it only rings once!

becoming a pain in the butt!

ive had a good look thru the phone and im fairly good with tech and i cant anything that would sort this.

gone thru all the options within the sound, ringtone ...

i know this isnt a wc post but it is to do with my wc business and its annoying when i need to ring my guys for urgent work matters.

I have one,the Blackberry Curve 9300,I don't have that problem,maybe you should ring them up or maybe you have it on that ringing setting mode if there is one ,I have'nt got round to look at everything on mine yet,maybe try changing the ring tone,read the little booklet in the box.

I had the same problem with a Blackberry...ring your supplier..there is a code to put in to extend the number of rings

GO to options then, sounds and ring tones, then profile manager then highlight the profile to use then press the Blackberry button and select edit,  then on the phone-ringtones select phone, then on length select long and count select 10 then press the back key and save these settings.

its all sorted now thanks lads.

there isnt anything within the settings on this type of blackberry to sort this problem, had to speak to the network to increase the ring count time, it was set by them for 5 seconds!!
