Hard or what

Nipped to the bank today between jobs.As I walked past an Indian restaurant saw a carpet cleaner bringing out his hoses and he was wearing shorts. :o
Now I wear shorts from June to September but it was 6 degrees today.
When I came out of the bank his van was gone and as it was not sign written I have no idea who it was but he must be an exiled northener putting us southern softies to shame. ;D

I have seen Dave Liahona wearing shorts this time of year,
however he is from Colarado, not sure of temp there.

 I wear shorts all year round if you kneel down on a damp carpet what is worse damp pants or knees which are quick to dry.

Even the postmen where shorts round here at winter.... The Cornish are tougher than us Northerners ;D

I was a sub-postmaster a few years ago and the postmen used to have a bet on who could go the longest wearing shorts, a few went all year come rain, snow or sun, must have been bloody freezing somedays but they never showed it.

I often see my brother-in-law at the bus stop (05.31) in his shorts carrying a post office bag regardless of the weather   :o
