Hello all,

Great forum you have here and the most helpful people on the net as far as i can see!

ok, buttering up over with 

Ive been a window cleaner now for 18 years and am finally taking the plunge into wfp. thing is i havent got a clue where to start! Ive done plenty of research on forums etc but i have a few questions that i would love answering if possible.

1, What van would be required to carry a 500lt system? what van would you recommend? what vans do you all have?

2, Where would you recommend me getting a system from?

3, what sort of system would you recommend?

4, how much do you guys charge for a standard 2/3 bed house using wfp?

if anyone could help i'd be most grateful. I realise you all have to answer these questions far too frequently but any info would be fantastic.

1. transit connect t230 lwb 900kg payload, or anything larger vivaro transit etc

2. pure freedom

3. van mounted delivery only, with ro in garage filling a storage tank 1000l ibc then transfer it accross into your van,

4. same as trad £8-£12

I have a LWB Connect with a 500 litre system and all is fine,I had a SWB Ford Transit T280 before this but found it was too big for me on residential,parking was a nightmare but found my Connect is much more easier and best suited for WFP,well thats my opinion anyway but I'm sure some might disagree

lee so you think 600 or 650 is pushing it? cos ive worked out if you are solo with a full tank average of 15 stone you are below 900 mark

it would be very close, im not saying it would be over, i have 650 in mine, but even with 500 you could still go over if you carry alot of other gear.

Like you ,check out his van in his pack posts under "how much space in a connect"..............what sort of an example is that,whats worse,he has a two man system so thats another bloke on top of whats in the van already plus himself,these WFP newbies have'nt got a clue

I use a Transit Connect T200 van with a upright 400 litre tank. A full tank for me = £300 worth of work. Lasts me over a week!!!
