I have a slip that looks something like this:
___________________________________________________
WINDOWS CLEANED TODAY
Date:
Total amount due:
I will call back on Monday, Wednesday or Friday
Cheques welcome: Home phone: xxxxx xxxxxx
Mobile: yyyyy yyyyyy
My address:
--- ------ ----
------ ---- --- --- John Boulding
___________________________________________________
It doubles as a business card.
John.

save on ink and card, just use vista print for some very cheap collecting cards.
they aint the best but you will get through so many of them over the year its makes sense to use the cheaper option.
use a better place for more important cards ....

I just use an invoice book from staples, only £3 odd and then you get copy of who hasn't paid so they can't dispute it! Not that I have had anyone dispute yet but I thought when I started it was better to be safe than sorry

I knocked this up on open office. I print 4 on a page and guillotine them into quarters. Cheap, easy and fairly professional looking. I've a PDF in case the open office file doesn't work. Feel free to adjust it to your needs if you'd like to use it.
Cheers
