absolutely superb,very light and easy to scrub the glass and sills.
With the clx 18 made it feel very rigid not once did the pole bend.
glides across the glass quickly and cleaning it very well.
very impressed but if i did pick at anything it would be the scraper,i dont seem to be able to get it to scrape the glass!
verdict 9/10,i will be adding another onbe very soon.great brush,recommended and by far the best brush i have or used!

I ended up getting one, it came yesterday and it fitted fan jets.

I agree with your  summary Doc, it glides over the window nicely, it will be good for leaded and georgian windows, it doesn't require as much pressure as the SL DT mono to get the middle bristles to contact the window either.

The brush is as light as my SL DT mono, but it is narrower.

If i could change something about it, i would like the bristles to be slightly stiffer, but over all, like the fact that it feels nicer on the glass that a SL mono, it feels a bit like a flocked brush, but being a mono filament i am able to rinse on the glass.

So it crossed between a SL mono and flocked brush, so overall im happy, but i wouldn't have bought one at the price they were when they first came out, the price is still a little high, but a replacement brush on its own is only £25.

they are great m8,love the extensions too.
i must be doing something wrong with the scraper but it feels like it should be 2 inches longer!

Yeah the extensions are a good idea, they will come in handy.

How are you using the scraper, do you have to flip the brush upside down?

yeah flip the brush m8 but doesnt get near the glass.
ive even adjusted angle adaptor but still the scraper makes no contact with the glass!

Interesting, I have used the SL DT Mono for a good few years now, and IMO i have not found a better all round brush out there! Can you scrub the cills easier with the Aerial Brush?
Might be worth getting one to try.

I have been using the DT mono too, it is a very good brush, but i like a bit more give in the bristles, but i didnt want to use the flocked because the mono doesnt hold the dirt like a flocked, so the aerial is a good compromise.

lee the scraper takes a bit of getting use too
i use to have to adjust the angle adapter 3-4 times before I got the hang of it
once you have it set right and you work at the right distance you can use it without messing with the angle adapter
but i still adjust the adapter only use it 1-2 times a month at most
i will be using the scraper more with conserv roofs on a tucker brush

thats what i have been saying
just wait till you really start using it
the biggest thing about using the aerial brush, which you will find out
is how much quicker you will find yourself finnishing your work
wait untill you have been using the aerial brush for a month
they go back to using a superlight, vikan, tucker brushes or any other brush
then you will see how really bad or outdated these brushes are for window cleaning

I recieved 2 of these a few months ago as a prize from the makers of the aeriel brush too sell too raise money for daughters charity, never used one but today I thought id try one out that a friend has, I found on most windows it was quicker too use but on upvc windows with 4 little bits of glass at the top I was slowed down due to the fact it splays so much and the stock catches on the upvc, I also took the scraper off as on some windows this will rub on brick work above and i thought that if you wear the scraper out and will end up scrating the glass, It also felt that the angle of the jets should be  angled a bit lower. Also thought it would benefit the bristles being more squared so you can get in the corners better as seemed a bit like a oval brush,Other then that seemed a good brush lol, might get one for my 18ft pole...

the scraper sticks out from the brush stock 15mm, so never had that problem
you must have some strange windows with overhanging brickwork 15mm from where you are cleaning
i clean loads of geogian windows in half the time with the aerial brush, trick is let the bristles do the work
the brush stock is small its never a problem
like me, if you have ever used tucker, vikan or superlight etc you will find the aerial different
its definately been made for cleaning windows
