esr 16 from john hewitt - same crop spayer as wcw but a little cheaper.

works really well but at the end of the day they are all crop sprayers so are not really tough for you rough type workers.

look after it then they will last a good few years.

too often you see the phrase made for window cleaners by window cleaners - or something like that anyway.

I've got two backpacks. One is a wcw one which gets used now and then. The other is my Shurflow on wheels  which gets used when my son helps me. The flow rates not as good as a van mount but does the job.

nothing wrong with wcw one, cheap, does what you want it to, mines not a replacement for a van mount its just an add on though, why pay more ?

mine are all extras but find them more than capable of the jobs and find them on a lot of jobs less hassle than getting the reel out for my van system.

Got a wcw one. It works.  only use it about 3 times a month to save hoses thru lounge. Van mount much better.

Looks like Window Cleaning Warehouse sell the ESR16 so I might order tomor.

I do like the idea of a back pack. The possibilities are endless.

Any further comments re back packs are more than welcome.

Thanks

 hi
i have wcw and sureflow. wcw is good has a handle as never really used as a back pack we just carry it.

i find the wcw kanes the water quite quickly struggle to get a house done before its gone but we dont have taps ot triggers?

sureflow has a 3 stage flow control but its on the bottom which makes it fiddley to turn on and off.

cheers

surely backpacks are only used for the odd awkward access and not all the time!!dont you guys get sick of filling up  between EVERY job you do? ???

plus your constantly lifting the bloody thing up all the time!!

how much do they hold?15L/18L?
price higher/work harder!

Terry hang on mate, its going about that a company exhibitig at the NEC cleaning show is launching their NEW 1000lt BACK PACK, it will last you all day !. But I think a liitle heavy to carry about.
Joking a side, make your own use a sack barrow attach a pump and battery, feed pipes with flow control and 25lt to 35 lt tank that ill do the trick

the esr 16 is the same as the new wcw backpack - which has a 5 speed flow control, so that helps with saving water - never had mine above 1 on the flow rate plus get a brush head with smaller pencil jets ....

I use a backpack exclusively. Mounted on a sack trolley, it's easy to cart around without any problems and a 16l backpack will easily clean two average sized four bedroom houses. The work I do would be a right pain in the rear with a van mount and a backpack does the job perfectly.
