Under sales vacancies and associated i think. tbh im at my witts end trying to find someone who doesnt want three times the clean a week before they get the work etc, and after reading through a few stories on here im being rather cautious!

 out of interest what pay do you offer canvassers basic + or commission only?

 maybe iam not offering the right deal.

I have been canvassing for 15yrs and in my experience of paying canvassers is never

pay a basic, always pay commission. I pay 100% on what they make, if a job cancels

then just deduct the money that way you will always find decent canvassers.

so for instance if they make 1000 a month u have only lost one month out of 12
