Lovely customers!!

One of my customers left me a flask of tea on Friday and 2 ginger biccies. Also they put a note on envelope with money in saying we're giving you a £1 rise due to inflation.
How nice is that!!!

They've probably had problems retaining a good reliable window cleaner in the past and well done, mate, for having some good people skills; however I'd leave 'em a note telling them that I prefer chocolate hob nobs to scabby ginger minger biscuits!

thats really nice unless you were planning on putting it up £2  ;D i had a voluntary price rise from a custy last year they upped there own price from 12 to £14  8)

the ones who have had problems getting a windy in the past are brilliant custards,iv got 1 that pays me extra for going and really happy see me  :-*

iv had a custie up the price from 8 to 11 per clean.

black coffe for me every time, pays me in the shop if i see her for the clean in advance by a week...solid as a rock

i wasnt planning on working today as im nearly straight up with work and ive had a busy  weekend.anyway i thought id go and do a half day.first house offers me a brew and a sit down in the kitchen.he pays me £20 for the windows then gives me a £20 belated xmas tip! :D

its good when they appreciate the service i provide!been cleaning his for 12 years now.then i did a couple of commercial jobs that payed up straight away also with a brew then one domestic and headed off home.

all in all a pleasant productive half day with no hassle and good customers!! ;D ;D ;D

what area do you work pain in the glass?i find that most of my customers are good customers!most of us up north are more friendly and down to earth than southerners i reckon plus we dont charge them rip off prices for their windows!!that has probably got something to do with it!! ;) ;D ;D ;D
