Hi Jonny
Generally,
They send out all the relevant information that they want you to provide and sometimes even the forms to use for submitting for the tender.
I take it you have met all the prerequisite. (Most tenders set something) i.e. turnover

hi
it is the ITT that i have recieved and im sure i meet with everything, but i feel i need it to be spot on, because its a first time for this type of contract going out of the council run cleaning firm.
i have iso 9000 the council hasnt, and im member of bics,
also they need a bond of £6000 when is that expected to be paid?
and they say that i will have to buy the first lot of cleaning materials from them at a price of £2000

You have to take out the bond with your bank I think.

Yes correct.
Best of luck with it.
We don't do council work of that size simply because they get you every which way.
You will need a friendly bank to support that unless you have the money in place.
Be careful and read all the clauses as you could end up owing more that the contract is actually worth.
Without sounding nasty - sometimes its best to walk before you can run just to get your balance.

Sound advice
However rather than hoping to win such a contract complete the tender and submit and once awarded contact them and ask what if anything you could have done to improve your offer
But then again you may actually win it
But please just be careful what you wish for
