If we were cows these so called courses would be the blood sucking ticks and leeches. I have worked in many countries and we are awash with all this bull sh11t. in many countries you would insure the car and not the drivers as they all qualified by owning a state reg, licence to drive a car. So why in the U K do we have to all have insurance to drive one and the same van. All just middle man  leaches to lazy to go out and do an honest days work.
