i have been asked to quote a site of 42 apartments every 8 weeks what sort of figure per apartment would get me the job im quite happy to go in low to cover lads wages at moment while i expand the business.

would £4 per apartment be about right if there basic 2 bedroom apartments?? i think she said there georgian style windows if that helps or should i price a bit more for these being cleaned wfp and its upto 2 storey with a ground floor

not that im an expert and prob not the best to give advice but if u go too low would it not become a millstone arounf ur neck ?? personally think it could stand a fiver an apartment then u can sub it too gav at 4 quid a flat  or me for that matter

£10 each .... if you dont get the job it dosent matter you wont miss the money because you didnt have the job in the first place..never ever quote just to try and get the job because that dosent work either...  4 years ago i cleaned for big a house builder 25 flats every friday for 12 months and they paid me £10 for each which is what i asked for.....should i of said £4 each

richy why dont you pass it on to me ill go down survey the job and put a competitive price in.

ill hopefully be succesful and make a profit and pay youa commision of the value of the job.

now that way you are not just covering wages but making a profit

have you been to see the apps and communals
all communals are different

this is one communal yard of which there are several in the complex mostly the same this one serves 11 apps there are more windows in these than the apps

ronnie i was just goin off prices you were sort of saying the other day about blocks of twelve when i said 6-7quid a flat you said itd be nice to get them at that price!!

 i obv wanna make money from it and i do always price work well as im not desperate to be a busy fool id just like to know what sort of price i could expect to put me in a good position to get that number of apartments.

im just planning a big expansion this year got two lads working and need to keep them busy that why i said id be happy to go in with a lower price than usual

richie price this lot up clean every 3 months the apps you cant see are done every month forget them
no access with trolly no access for hose only backpack

richie i will give you a clue  to pricing georgean windows
1 separate the communals from appartments it may be benificial to offer a diffrent clean for communals
try to price an average section like the court yard above divide price with the number of panes of glass x by the total number of pains all together and that should be it
