Hi could someone tell me where to get microfibrecloths from didnt releise how expensive they are thanks

Cheap ones are too thin. Get some proper commercial ones. They rinse clean under plain water and can be used for months

you need the flatweave big blue microfibres if your gonna use them for detailing not the cheap towelling variety(although these are good for sill cloths).ive had mine just over a year.got them from windowcleaning warehouse.

i use scrim as well especially on damp days as i find they last longer before needing  a fresh dry one.

You def get what you pay for as far as micro fibre cloths are concerned IMO.

I bought some blue flat weave ones and there rubbish (dont have a make name on them) as they leave white fibre on  the glass

Gone back to unger now as they do the job

Microfibre scrims ( the big ones) last for years and don't wear thin and go into holes!
Wash them without fabric conditioner. 'Window Cleaning Warehouse' sell their own and are good quality and price.

Cheaper microfibre cloths are good for sill wiping (very absorbent and long lasting).

Better quality microfibre cloths (Unger sell these, they are small size) are good for polishing lead windows leaving less smears.

Agreed.I bought some from Ebay,ten for about £6 but it's total false economy,they're useless compared to the unger ones I normally use.
