Condensation ?

My new van suffers from it quite badly,even though i towel off the roof most days to try and reduce it,how can i stop this or just reduce it ?
Would it be worth sticking my turbo dryer in the back with the doors open ?

Noticed it dripping through the interior light in the cab the other day,none of them are active,as it`s fitted with strip lighting

I got that in the cold weather even when my van was in my garage,and like you wiped it down

Get one of those roof spinney things.. I have one on my Interstar and it works a treat.. ;)

how cool would it be to have the linning like in VW campers? i have seen them with the roof done as well. plus i have in the past stuck carpet on a inside of a roof van with just carpet spray glue. any VW camper fans on here?

Sweet !! Would mean having to remove all the racking though.will start with the roof and see how i get on.Would love an old camper van,have a friend who is fitting a Subaru imprezza engine in one over 300 bhp !!
He has also built a hydraulic roof,that lifts automatically

Got a 1972 Devon Bay Moonraker. Red and white. Fully restored and all original interior. Can't wait for the summer.

I sold my 72 bay to start my business, loved it

It was a tin top, with a top speed of about 50 lol

no insulation whatsoever just loads and loads of duvets

just got some work that will bring in regular money so once i get the cash flow sorted i defiantly saving for one. I did not know until yesterday but they still make the bay window with a water cooled engine in brazil, but they still work out as much as a fully restored one.

What sort of money will i need to get one rust free? I was thinking about £10k

10k should be plenty, we,ve been offered 12k for ours but sadly my wife won't sell. May be at the moment there are some people who are selling because of these hard times, might pick up a bargain.
The imports from south America just don't have the same feel, and definatley over priced.
We are lucky to have a mechanic who services and mot's all our vehicles and he was the one who helped to restore our camper with the previous owner.
