Height, age, and weight?

Everyone seems to be going mad with diets at the moment so lets see how fat everyone really is.

I'm 52, 6ft 3ins tall and 18 stone in weight. Yes I will admit that I'm a fat b&&tard. But I'm trying to do something about it. I'm into my 5th week of not smoking so putting a little weight on with this in mind is acceptable in my opinion. I've also just enrolled on a slimming course so watch this space.

Most of my excess weight is on my stomach btw. My arms, legs etc are normal.

15 1/2 stone,

solid build, strong legs, six pack, blemish free olive skin, full beard at mo, no need to diet! fit as f?*k   :o

Not fat, not skinny... Could probably do with loosing a little bit of weight, but do excerscise regularly so not that fussed!  :)

5'8 , 23, a few pounds under 13 stone

Ideally according to the nhs charts i should be something like 8 stone

i think i was 8 stone at about 10 :)

theyre a load of crap them charts, i would be ill at that weight, about 11.5 - 12 is my fighting weight

About a stone and half overweight in my opinion.
