Yeah,

found some old reciepts that were supposed to go to the accountant with my books....

Damn... lost forever .. normally pretty organised with paperwork...

Ever done that?

no but mate who had a plastering business, left all his receipts in the van when it got scrapped

Gazz, Check with your acc. I think you can back claim up to 2 years and there is still time to get them into this year ?

you can still claim for them mate, my accountant was telling me this the other day, ill ask him and let you know what you do

I think you can put them on the following year too if it's a genuine clerical error rather than an attempt to manipulate the tax system.
