Priced Up
« on: January 09, 2011, 10:30:31 am »
Had a call on Friday afternoon for a price up for Saturday so I went there for the time said,

and had a look outside and the windows where stinking and there are approx 25sections,

and they wanted all windows inside and outside cleaned mirrors on pillars and panoramic ones on the walls and toilet mirrors done.

When i met the guy he said it takes 1h 20mins and so i gave him my price and he didnt except it as he wanted five pound less, but he did say he had a fallout with the other w/c saying he didnt clean everything what he should had.

I reckon that no matter how good of a job you do he will try to get out of paying.
As this the impression he gave when he was on about the other w/c.

He told you how long it would take?
I would have given him my price and said it will take as long as it takes to do a good job.
No wonder he has had issues with previous.
If someone said to us I want 1hr 20mins of cleaning, that would be exactly what they got(but then we wouldn't take it on on those terms) :)
