if you look at any product range and then look at carpet cleaners marketing the 2 dont match up.
You will find no mention of the problem that these products are made to fix, and after all we are in business to fix people problems.
I am sure you seen the buzz that is around a new product when it arrives on the market but normally it then does not reflect in cleaners market. you will never sell a service if you don't market it.
Everyone moans about being in the same basket but few define what they do apart from remove dirt from carpets. we all know its more than this but many fail to pass the message on to prospects.
