Sorry bud and fellow shiner but if there's one thing that really really winds me up it's people that drive with a mobile phone muttering away about nothing that couldn't wait til later. Would you drive whilst ratted or stoned? Or with dodgy tyres? Of course you wouldn't. More accidents are caused from mobiles than any of the above. This ain't a rant. I'm glad you've learnt your lesson mate. I just don't get why people Ro this day still don't get the message.

i got caught just before xmas went another mile up the road and got done again same plod for no seatbelt £120 in same day / 3 points

I got 3 points for the phone - bought parrot 9100 and it sat on the side for 6 months waiting for me to fit it. Had it fitted proffesionally yesterday, bloke came here and did it for £40. Its far better than those Joe 90 things you wedge on your ear and the call are crystal clear even in an old Transit

just bought new stereo for the van with bluetooth connection. phone is now connected to stereo and crystal clear. wish i'd brought one yesterday morning.

if you'd of phoned the police desk, they will of told you thats illegal and you'll be liable for £60 fine and 3 points ;D
