Anyone else worked in the rain today?

i did 5 hours Would have done more but im waiting for my water proof trainers to come in. my feet were wet and freezing

first day back and it rained on and off all day.

no wet feet

no wet legs

no wet anything!!!


one word...........GORETEX!!!(BOOTS/SKI PANTS/JACKET)


worked 9am-4pm.

Yep worked 7 till 2.30 doing commercial all day in the rain.

My dad on the other hand did not start till 1pm (lazy git) when it stopped raining!! So he and the lad went out and done 3 hours of domestic.

Yep, did 2 fascia cleans/gutter clearing jobs..got soaked, went home and changed, then got soaked again ::)

Daz i got a pair of Gortex trainers coming tomorrow or monday!
They are light timberlands

Day started cool and then it warmed up with plenty of sunshine. :D
Inaddition i have worked all week and the days have been nice and dry :D

8am till half 10 worked in the snow, 10.30 till 1.30pm worked in the rain, get out there and get on with it  ;)
