I take it that you are aware that there should be a continous flow from the drain outlet.
Roughly for every 1 litre of Pure Water produced, up to 3 litres goes down the drain.
Just a thought......

hi there is an amont of watere going into the tank ,so when you fill the tank via the fill port as you fill the tank you get a flow of water out of the drain port at the same time??

you will always get waste water coming out, so long as somes going in it is working, you can usualy control how much waste and each sytem is differant, but the higher the waste out the longer it takes to fill tank, but you do need a decent flow to help your membraines last,
- where are you, as there may be someone local who could help

Think you need to have it on flush for a while, before you fill the tank

If it's the first time you've flushed the system it needs to be done for at least 2 hrs, this is what pure freedom told me

Don't get the 8mm hose bit,the size of hose to fill should be like a garden hose
