Went out to do a load of High street shops this morning. It was 5.30am, dark and my van was saying -13 and it really felt like it as well.
Thought I must be mad, I will never clean anything in these temps. This is how I have just made a good days wage without freezing water on the glass.
Two and a half litres of IPA in my bucket, half a litre of water and a very small dollop of fairy. So five parts IPA to one part water at minus thirteen and you can leave it for as long as you like, go and have a f*g if you want because it will still be fluid even after half an hour.
Not a chance off rubber freeze or applicator freeze and best of all it leaves a brilliant finish even when you think it is streaking like hell it dries in superb.
If this winter is still as bad....tempreture wise after the break, then I will be trad on a pole with this mix. The IPA may have cost me around £10 for the work but it was well worth it. If you buy bulk, like 20 litres from ebay you get it even cheaper.
Also, none of the shops were heated.
