During Dec I have had to skip loads of jobs and considering I am off on my hols and not back until late Jan I have had only one complain and then dump me and I suspect that money matters are closer to the truth.
Many have taken the time to email back and show empathy with the situation and one even offered to pay for the non-clean as the weather is so bad...we just had another 3 to 4 cm's last night...
So sometimes I moan about various customers but they all deserve some credit for giving me a break and not getting all shirty because I have not be able to get their house clean before Christmas.
As alot of stories about customer on here seem to have a negative edge do you have stories or events where a customer showed kindness, empathy or something else that you considered nice?
