Our next expansion plan is OVEN CLEANING, we've been doing it in an amateurish way for a while but last wednesday I took delivery of a bespoke dip tank made to my specifications by a local fabricator.

It's:

- made of heat fused plastic so will never corrode,
- stands vertically so takes up very little space in a van, so it can go in your window cleaning or carpet cleaning van and just sit there till needed
- has a floor based mounting plinth for securing to the van, we can also fit wall mounted brackets if required
- is fully sealed for travelling,
- will take up to 10 oven trays in one go, we need this for multiple caravan cleaning days
- is heated by an electrical element not like the ones on ebay that all require a gas burner so it's just plug in to any 13amp supply.

If anyone is interested in getting one made similar to this email me at ian@lionheartcleaning.co.uk

I'll take some photos of it over the holidays for anyone that's interested.

might change the rubber in my blades & change from persil to fairy. that should make me an extra £3000 a year.

Simple spend less time on here and clean more glass  ;D  ;D ... only kidding as I owe a lot to this forum  ;)

one of the things I wanted to do was to reorganise the work in a more logical manner timewise so less travelling ... managed to do this due to the recent crap weather the scheduled cleans are all now late anyways so now made everything a lot more compact and flowing better.

In 2011 want more commercial work as only got 1 pub and 1 car showroom so far (the pub is on someone elses "patch"  ;)  ;)  ;D so have to clean under cover of darkness)

get 2nd van on and get stepson employed in business and canvass another load of customers

get 2nd IBC joined to first so should never run out of water (hopefully)

winterise the garage and vans to a good standard and get some heat into the IBC's

think thats about it for now ?

couple of weeks ago i want to get more domestic and commercial and put a other van on the road,  a few things have messed this up,  so basically am going to dump the crap  and knock more and get better jobs, so i spend more of my time in the areas i am in at the mo,  not that fused about commercial any more as costing me more money and time than they are worth,

would like to take some one on but seem to only find muppets (ie  3 months working,  i can drive but i aint got a license)
