helen you would have loved to been with us the other day,we have cadburys factory by us,which is shutting down.anyway staff shop selling off all chocalate,big bag of mini eggs £3.

BFG Hows the ankle now? is it broke

Ankle still a bit swollen and bruised but seems to be getting better by the day,   although Ive wanted to work this week but because of the ice and the fact I cant put my weight on it I decided it would be best not to risk it.

just hoping it will be be ok to go out next week in between Xmas and new year.
