Me and my daughter had tickets for the Snowdome at Tamworth yesterday, and had to give up and turn around before the M42. Everything came to a halt in the blizzard, and the a-roads were near impossible.

One disappointed little girl, and 4 stressful hours to get home.

Yeah we both were. Been for the last 5 years. Never guessed when I booked it that we'd have snow like this before christmas.
Have to see if there's any chance of a part or full refund. I'm sure we weren't the only ones. Midlands was no-go in the afternoon.
What with the tickets and fuel and food it was still an £80 day out for nothing. Gutted.
