I have a hydroforce sprayer that still sprays out even when ive release the trigger.
I assume its a washer gone or something.

the valve in your trigger has blown an 'o' ring. new trigger (£15-£25)or new valve((£8-£15)or if your lucky new o ring (2p)

Mine used to do that periodically, now it wont pick up any solution, only spraying water. Tried different things, nothing is working, its clean as a whistle.

Try stripping it down and checking the main hole where everything goes through (sorry about the highly confusing techno babble here). I have found that over time the hole reduces dramatically due to detergent residue build up. I simply scrape it away with the aid of a bluntish screwdriver and some acid descaler. Seems to work for me.
