Before warming my IBC water to a heady 15 degrees C.

0 degrees

After warming my IBC water to a heady 15 degrees C.

-2 degrees

But it seems I might have the chance to go lower next week! We shall see.
It's a game of three halves!

The best time for cleaning windows is in the evening, after sunset. This is because if you clean windows that are warm or exposed to the sun, there are chances of streaks or spots coming up.
