Got mates who will work a day here and there,pay them basically 50% of what they do,it's completely waterfed work,but constantly let down by them,twice this week they were meant to work but let me down both days,got about enough for me I can do in 4 hard days and in spare day now doing a  bit of contract stuff but I'm doing it for someone else,read about folk taking others on but I feel I would need another 2k of work every 4 weeks,don't want to drop money,at what point did u take folk on,I basically need to do 5 days a week hard graft if nobody helps me out
