Hiring self employed and sharing Him.
« on: December 14, 2010, 11:58:32 pm »
Can two window cleaners share a worker , on a self employed basis,?

He works for one  for 2 days , and the other for 3, or whatever suits,?

And this way we get our help , and dont have to worry about tax , national ins.
and all the other problems and costs that come with employing,

 ;)

if he works between both of you,  he needs his own insurance  and can be slef employed,  also get him his own work only has to be a few houses,  u need him to invoice you for the work he does
