Ok. Maybe Lee's got off on the wrong footing. It's quite easy for us to sit back & see all the flaws etc.

So, why don't we & lee start afresh, now we've aired our views? :-*

Maybe with a fresh thread? lock this one?

I am enjoying this...  :)

60 odd replies & 350 views on your first day! You certainly made an impact Lee!! ;D ;D ;D

Lee........
Dont!!!!!!!!!! Pay for an'new' expensive wfp system.
Keep your eye on ebay lots of second hand bargains on there mate.
Leaflet then leaflet some more, I have built up a nice round in less than a year.
WFP is the way to go.
you could clean up to 40 foot for as little as £300 if you are clued in!!
If your website attracts some high work (wfp) sub it out to a local firm until you have your gear.
Happy days

I was looking for a transit van.......is it cheaper to fit myself or get it already fitted ?

I have a small workshop and could have one of the tanks making the water pure then take it out and about is that the best way forward ?

Ebay never thought of that thanks I will look.

lee personally you cant even crawl so why you trying to run?

take one step at a time, if you have 30 customers you have a long way to go and a lot to learn.

not looked at your site so dont know what juicy logos youve got but make sure there legit otherwise you will only hrm your rep, has for ionics the norm is to buy a system first then be allowed to use there logo.

Now 1600 customers over 6 weeks working 5 days every week doing 40 hours is 3.3 now that is not taking into consideration how you move from job to job getting to the job weather?? other problems??

be realistic and move forward from there.

many have come in with big ideas buying up rounds throwing money at leaflets and have failed, better to not get above your station at the moment.

Why change your name from CDL to Piranha unless I wonder. If you only have 30 customers after 2 years plus you need to pack the window cleaning in and you already know if 1600 customers is possible, and if you been in business for years and employed and sacked guys and run Building contracts is Dominic littlewood after you and there isnt a cowboy window cleaners programme on channel five yet

Typical Northerner.....Thank God Coronation Street has burnt down. You will all become window cleaners now.

Changed the name to make it stand out move into 19st Century. Bit like Bob & James Window Cleaning
That not very nice,I'm actually a Kentish boy,Cheap trolley system gives me more money to spend on pints of newton and ridley bitter and bit gutted lost half the round with that Tram crash had a few streets off coronation st and another Tram going the other way came off and took out 15 houses.

No Idea what your talking about .....Give advice but dont preach.

Two vans for two blokes is the long term plan. No idea about running and all that waffle.

I can only do the jobs I have so I have to build up the round. The idea is between us we can cover different areas instead of running around and thats it really.

Ionics said no problem with Logo as they think I will buy some equipment.

Why would you want to advertise you have an Ionics system even if you did have one? Not one single customer would care if it was Ionics or diy and other window cleaners will think you have a big ego.

I'm in Hampshire. And asked you a civil question. If you're used to losing 5k in Construction(sic) then buy an Ionics system, you big player.

You're the one in the gay sauna trying to impress everyone. You have the most fictitious website ever and talk the talk without walking the walk.
