.6 metre lance DUD
« on: December 06, 2010, 12:30:03 pm »
I have just use my new lance for power washing for gutters. Well I am not impressed is not fit for purpose. Its very floppy and is difficult to control, weighs a tone and will bend and get damaged easy. So to those thinking of buying one before warned.I used to fasten my short lance to a harris pole and that was much better. By the way the 7.6  m.lance is from flee bay. An  utter waste of money. :o :o :o

I have a similar thing - they are pretty dreadful tools to use anyway. Too whippy, too heavy with horrible clamps that jam every time I use it.

I use one of these on a regular basis and yes i have all the same problems as mentioned above but you can control it once you get used to the bend created when in use, jus takes abit of practice and the shoulder/belt strap helps loads as when in use for any length of time it is like wielding a telegraph pole around!!! ;D
