Well thanks for that Malc, im now fully aware of what a L5 heater is, its a heater over the sink on a space ship  ;D

In other words instantanous water heaters as they were called in my plumbing coarse
Still dont understand what they have to do with window cleaning though

Assuming that you've got the basics already, the L5 is wfp pole weapon of choice because it's cheap and has electronic ignition(this means no pilot light).But to be balanced about this, they do work.

I think the new name is called  SAFE,  but if you type in( registered gas fitters) to google it comes up Corgi, so google is behind the times aswell.
I started out with nothing......I still have most of it.
