You do not have to have done our training course to buy products but I do agree with Roger that leather ID is important as without this the corrrect methods and products cannot be selected.

We have a rather simpler flow chart and problem solver with fewer products if you contact me I can let you have one.

I must say Rogers list does look comprehensive , and possibly over complicated .

I am looking  for a water mark remover for analine leather , can one be bought in the UK?
I clean carpets

I have attended the LTT course and only use LTT products.

I highly recommend you attend the course as you will learn so much that the side of a bottle doesn't tell you. LTT are also a great help on the phone.

Jasonl, here is an example of how water marks are removed from aniline leathers with the leather-safe system.

I would suggest Roger Koh is the BEST if your talking overall knowledge and hands on experience plus an incredible range of products. Unfortunately he's based in Vancouver.

There's also Furniture Clinic in Newcastle, just down the road from you. Similar to LTT and equally helpfull. I trained with both and have used products from both with similar results.
