Just bought an Eberspacher night heater for my new van. 3 days and then no more problems. £350.00 plus postage.

There are some bargains on Ebay - you've just got to spend a lot of time on there looking for them.

Next one is a Webasto or Eberspacher water heater & a 100 watt solar panel - to keep the batteries charged up.

I would say that I can do the lot for under a grand!!

The night heaters are not easy to install unless you know what you're doing. Fitting instructions can be downloaded from their website though.
