yes,we send out xmas cards to all our custys every year,with a message thanking them for their custom and wishing them all the best for the coming year.

i give customers cards ever Xmas. write out 800. they like the personal touch. just write from all the staff. plus its a great way of slipping in remainder that through the winter we clean in light rain. well worth the effort.

we wait untill the last clean day & after they have paid so it does'nt look like a hint,they get card regardless weather they tip or not.
