We've all heard about do a good job they tell one person and do a bad job they tell 10.
You already see it with hotels and resturants and it is already starting to happen with tradespeople.
In a lot of ways it's good because when people search on a company for reviews, let's say Enterprise they will have a lot of poor feedback (just like you get on Ebay)
If you get a bad review though this will effect you too. Being able to manage this well will be another skill we have to learn. And by the way putting your case in response may not be the answer!
