how would you keep the equipment from freezing

so last year i tried all the heaters, and none worked, dont know why, how would you keep the things from freezing, i think my pumps already knackered!!

Take it back and get a refund.

is it a blockage in the pole itself when you have finished for the day you should empty the remains of the water in the pole can freeze in the van

i take my hose reel and pump out when its cold and put them in the garage i have just fitted my hose reel and pump bracketts so i can take the lot out in 3 mins works a treat
