Hi all,  im new to this site. 
Just wanted to ask what people think that my round is worth as I am looking to sell in the new year,  it is 2070 per average circuit on a 4 weekey basis (some have it done bi monthly)  it takes about 16 days to complete the round on the ''lesser" month and about 17 when I do the majority of the bi monthly work, I tend to go round two days early if the weather allows, to get an extra two days out of the month (with no complaints) so its abouts about 2350 per month in summer and 2070 in winter, i take around £120-£150 on my own(about £110 at the minute with the short day light hours)  i do the work on my own and have a friend help me for 3 days to do the work that i cant do on my own which is about £300.  all the work is domestic, there is NO bad payers and ALL pay cash, the work is done traditionally an i wipe the sill.   80% work is well bunched and the rest is allittle more spread.
The round is located in nottingham, covers relative rich areas, around Southwell and Bingham.

if this bit is true then its worth 50 k

If it was WFP work you could sell it quite easy 5 cleans because the day take would be maybe 30% more.

Im not sure if you can get 5 cleans for ladder work but if you converted it wfp you could get easy 5-7 cleans if its all good payers etc people are paying up to 10 cleans for good wfp work.!

Ladder work i would say 3-4 is realistic so not less then 7k minium
and 9.4k would be fair too.

i may be wrong just i have seen these price differences with wfp work round prices and ladder work round prices.
