Commercial work fast food restaurants?

How long should you have to wait for payments?
I havent been paid for last months windows and also a big pressure washing job i done for them over 3 weeks ago!
 With this months windows its around about £1k
How long do you wait?or what do you do?

Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

usually its 30 days but if it hasnt come just give them a polite ring to remind them payment is over due

i had a chat with the manager he says hes signed one and sure it should be in the bank by now but hes on holiday this week.

i use to steam clean about 12 mcdonalds every 3 months but they would take that long to pay sometimes ended up chasing them before i cleaned them again
