http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-IK-9-SPRAYER-CARPET-UPHOLSTERY-CLEANING-/200308288077?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2ea34dea4d

Mine arrived yesterday complete with the hand trigger, as well as spare parts to get the gloria plastic (11 years old) and gloria stainless (7 years old) working again.
That's me sorted then with a full working set of decent pump up sprayers.
Have tried a fair amount of cheap alternatives but in all seriousness quality will last longer.

I bought an IK9 that seized itself closed. I couldn't open it and ended up breaking off the locking parts of the collar through trying to free it. I had used it 4 times and had to bin it as it was rendered useless.

A great sprayer when it worked but disappointing shelf life! >:(

Find these better than the Ik9 sprayers as they don't fall over having a wider base area

same as tony but i think all 3 of mine are 8 or 9 litre ones, £60 from cleansmart, seals go every now and again when using a lot of hot presprays but seals are only a couple of quid and easy to fit. had 1 of the 3 for 3 years now and apart from a few new seals its perfick.

My fault my ik9 broke really used power burst and left some in over night and plunger \ lid stuck shut due to residue and mr muscles me. Forced open and snapped handle but imo they are not strong enough. Lance is good though brass one that is. Adapted a hose lock sprayer with the good lance and been going for 2 years.but will be getting a gloria soon when I get round to it

I've got that one. Yes of course you can use hot water! Did you also get a all metal lance too?? That makes it very annoying as the handle of the lance heats up and makes it unbareable to hold.

I wrapped black tape around the handle wich sorted out the problem.

Wish they made the IK9's plunger thicker tho.
