It is so you don't have to bend down and also saves floor space, Mine is on my tank and that is plenty high enough for me.

No problems since iv converted it took a fred flinstone van m8
just put my feet through the floor n walk it to jobs now !!!!!!!!

It is so you don't have to bend down and also saves floor space, Mine is on my tank and that is plenty high enough for me.

lol, i realise you meant in the inside of the van      i can just imagine it would be harder to wind mounted high up
