Hi all,

When cleaning a customers conservatory windows as part of the regular window cleaning WFP, do you normally include cleaning the underside of the guttering, or do you charge that as an extra when needed ?

Like so many of these little ad ons it depends on the customer, and how much they are paying for their windows to be cleaned. If it's a well paying job Maybe, if it's right on your minimum price level no way.
