any one frozen off this morning, just ben out to van loads of ice in side the front windscreen, but stuff not frozen, so looks like a late start,   any one else unlucky?

blue monkey itll be fine in a bit!on frosty mornings i usually start a bit later(930-10am).by then any traffic problems due to accidents/rush hour have usually died down.once your past the first half hour working you build up momentum!!

yea its got one,  just takes for ever to defrost the window,  rest of van gets warm first lol

no i got a dispatch van,  and its never frozen the gear,  just went out this morning and was frozen inside and out  but gear was fine,  its all defrosted now, so going to finsh brew then out

1st 4 windows froze this morning in a unheated garage conversion but was fine after that, I did change the order I did some jobs today as I knew from last year a conservatory froze on me so I did that later in the day

Would have been a slightly late start but I have a couple of quotations to do first thing so no real issue.  I brought the reel in last night and drained the pipework in the van.  Just as well because I noticed the wet brush was frozen this morning.

Got to a job this morn, big house with huge conny. Every pane in the conny was solid ice! : Went & did another job first then came back to it an hour later & managed to do it.

I'd have been better with ice skates on though on the patio flags!

What do you do if the water freezes on the glass, d you carry on hoping that it will be ok when it thaws, or do you call it a day, or go back en it has warmed up a little?

I was sent to wash window on the comentary box for the memorial ground in bristol (93 ish).

The wind chill was down to -15. Two of us legged it up to the top of the stand and set about this little glass room. The water froze instantly all over the entire room. We spent the next half hour chipping it all off with scrapers.

When I took my scrim off my shoulder it was frozen, stiff as a board.

Just thought i'd share my frozen up tale.
