Arco delivery charges are a bit ambitious if you're looking at a pair or two.

Mine came from fleabay for a lower price and lower delivery charges.

Ant...as for comfortable boots...try muck boots...they are great...ok the sole is not all that but wear them down and have a proper hard sole to resole them and you have a great boot which is warm, water proof and very comfortable and they look good too.

I've been using the Showa 377's this week. They are ok but not brilliant for cold weather - once temperatures got to zero my fingers were pretty painful. They get a bit clammy too when the temp creeps up.

Form B - I agree with you up to a point.  I think they are terrific until about 0 dec C.  Then they are just too cold, and I switch to Showa 460s.  Astoundingly warm and yet not too unwieldy.  Also, very easy to get on and off.

i wear polarised sunglasses as they deflect the glare from the windows.a must IMO if your poling all day in the sunlight.

well my hands were wet and cold a couple of days ago, so i used them.. they were brilliant , very arm and totally dry.

they are a little cumbersome until you get used to them, but very warm.

I just use the yellow leather work gloves from toolstation. Cheap warm, hardwearing, OK they get wet and so just keep a couple of spare pairs in the van. Cheap as chips.

Yes, although they are the ones i got,and i would say they are a tiny bit big , fingers ends dont quite reach.....

but i dont know how much smaller the size ten is... so stuck with what i had ordered,

I do have short little fingers for a bloke though
